Ok...I have a lot to cover....here it all is!

My birthday...JD surprised me and brought home some roses! They are beautiful! I love my husband!

Tina and John took us out to The New Theater Restaurant...really cool!!! I say everyone needs to go at least once!

Tina got me these shelves! Mother-in-laws are good for somethings! :)

Last Sunday we had our ward conference...Brother Garcia from the Stake got up to make the usual announcements and he called JD to be the Ward Executive Secretary....funny...neither of us knew it was going to happen! They totally forgot to ask JD about it. It was pretty funny.

My boss is getting a divorce, so she has to find a job with benefits....so guess what I get to do?! That's right, start looking. So Friday I had an interview up by the airport....afterward I wanted to go home and change before I went to work. I missed my exit so decided to take one of the back roads to home...big mistake when there is ice all over the road...well...here is what happened...ended up in a ditch and car is in the shop. We should find out what it will cost in the next few days...

Of course I had to crash my car on Friday...because we decided to go to the temple on Saturday! Something always seems to happen...good thing I have a righteous man who still wanted to go...so we went Saturday to the Omaha Nebraska Temple...
We met up with some friends from our ward who invited us to go to the zoo with them! I thought, crazy....especially when it was 4 degrees outside! But they said that there was quite a bit of stuff inside...and sure enough there was! We had soooo much fun!

JD all pumped up going into the desert area!!!
The animals of the night....
The aquarium...
For mom and Emma...peacocks in the snow!

My king of my jungle....

And we can't forget the apes...

It was a good yet stressful week! Thank goodness for husbands and temples! Love you all!
